- Fairly quick response to support questions
- Includes remote control and indoor antenna

CONS- Only Over the air HDTV
- Application software not user friendly
- Not good at tuning weak digital signals
- Software encoding for analog TV (takes more CPU and is usually poorer quality)

COMMENTS:- The card is getting difficult to find and expensive (over $100) when you can find it. The included application software is somewhat cumbersome and setup can be difficult. Recorded files are saved in a database so you can't get to them directly. Best if you use a third party software interface such as MCE, Beyond TV 4, or the freeware
WatchHDTV.
If you have MCE and would like to use the HDTV Wonder for both analog and HDTV, you can install the Kram Drivers patch. The complete requirements and installation instructions, including a download of the Kram Drivers software is
here.
If you want an ATI HDTV tuner, the 650 Wonder is a better digital tuner and has a hardware encoder for analog TV. Due to the price increase of the few ATI HDTV Wonder's left, the 650 is now close to the same price.
NOTE: The HDTV Wonder is not supported in Vista (per ATI), however drivers (for both 32 & 64 bit) will automatically download and install from the Microsoft Download Center when you install the card. To get both the analog and digital tuners to work for Vista, follow the Vista Hybrid routine
here.
