COMMENTS:
  • This was the first ATSC PCI-express digital tuner on the market. If you are looking for a digital/QAM PCI-e tuner, consider the AverTV PCI-e Combo at less than half the price and which also includes a second hardware encoder analog tuner. The Fusion Express has similar functionality to the PCI version, the HDTV5 RT Gold. The Express does do PIP, but only for sub-channels of the same digital channel (i.e 24-1 & 24-2). This is probably not useful for most people. Until the price comes down, this is not a good buy.
