CONS- Software encoder required for analog TV (no hardware encoder chip)

COMMENTS: - Draws power from USB port and has detachable telescopic antenna. Excellent tuner for both laptop and desktop PC's. Has beta drivers for clearQAM (digital cable) under Windows 7 Media Center
